The journey to the summit starts from the Hushe and Shyok Valley of Gilgit Baltistan which also hosts one of the most beautiful locations for especially for climbers as it is surrounded by peaks as high as 7000 meters and above.
Namika Peak is surrounded by peaks over 5000m, 6000m and even 7000m that are one of the highest in the world. It is also near one of the most beautiful destinations Asia has to offer in valleys such as Nagar, Haramosh, and Hunza. These valleys are also accompanied with fast flowing rivers such as the Hunza River that further connects to the famous Indus River and then drains to the Arabian Sea in the south of Pakistan.
